I think it is really important for women to have superannuation from the time they leave school (or even younger).

Young women should be encouraged to salary sacrifice from an early age, for even a small amount, as the long term benefits are huge. Women lose enough time out of the workforce, so any time you are working you should be maximising the tax benefits of superannuation so you have enough money in retirement.
